Delivery & returns

1. PREPARATION OF THE ORDER

Usually, we need 5-7 working days to fulfill your order. For all custom orders, the processing time will be longer, and we will need to contact you first. So please, if you have any custom wishes, write us directly on the email - dellivery.n1@gmail.com 

2. DELIVERY

We ship our items worldwide. Our delivery is free and made with express priority shipping services (DHL, FedEX, etc.) 

Approximately shipping time 

  • USA 5-10 days.
  • EU countries 4-10 days 
  • Other countries 4-20 days.

3. TAXES AND CUSTOM DUTIES

3.1 For the USA, we cover all tax payments for orders from the USA. So you don't have any additional payments. 

3.2 For EU countries, if your delivery country charges local taxes or customs duties, they will be charged when the package reaches the destination country. You will have to pay these costs. Customs policies vary greatly from country to country. For more information, contact your local customs office. Unfortunately, we have no control over customs duties in the EU and cannot tell you what they will be before you order. Customs policies vary greatly from country to country. 4. RETURNS OR EXCHANGE 

4.1 If the item is not what you were looking for, you have 14 days from the moment the item was delivered (according to the delivery tracking information) to return the item. Please note that this is possible while preserving the integrity of the packaging and the originality of the product.

4.2 Shipping and packing charges are non-refundable unless due to our error.  

If the items are in good condition but you still wish to return or exchange them, the buyer is responsible for direct and return shipping costs. Refund will be made within 14 days of receipt of the goods at our warehouse.

4.3 Note! We do not accept returns on personalized items.

4.4  Please note that wood sometimes behaves unpredictably. Because of this, the product may have small imperfections, such as wood structure or small cracks. We do not make returns in such cases. These small imperfections make your product unique.

5. DEFECT OR DAMAGED GOODS

If the product is damaged, we will replace it or provide a refund, depending on the nature of the damage.

5.1 If you notice any damage to your product, please notify the courier, sign the inspection receipt, and send an email to delkivery.n1@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. Please send your report along with images so we can quickly evaluate your case. 

5.2 All our shipments are fully insured. Therefore, a refund will be made by the delivery service in case of damage to the goods. Therefore, filling out a complaint form from the buyer to the delivery service is a must. 

5.3 Please note that if the product is returned to us, it MUST be properly packaged to avoid further damage. Items will be inspected upon return, and if further damage is caused due to poor packaging, refunds will be forfeited.
